|UNIV 2001 - Strats for Academic Success|
A course designed to acquaint the student with the academic requirements of Cameron University and to provide the skills necessary for success in college-level coursework. Exploration and identification of personal and academic strengths; study and time management skills; note taking and test preparation; development of an academic success plan is covered. Required for students placed on academic notice or probation who have fewer than 45 earned college-level credit hours. Current term and future term enrollment as well as removal of academic notice or probation status is conditional upon satisfactory academic progress in the course. Lecture 1 hour.
